Overview
When the Room Doesn't Fit the Catalogue
Every building has at least one space a standard cabinet cannot solve: a curved reception, a lobby feature wall, a window bay that is 37 mm off square. Custom commissions start from the room, not a catalogue. We measure, draw the piece to your detail and build it at whatever dimension the space demands.
Because every commission runs on the same machinery and hardware as our in-house line, "custom" changes the drawing, not the quality: the same 18 mm plywood box and the same Blum soft-close hardware, in a piece that exists nowhere else. Where a project calls for a framed or traditional door program, we specify from Tribeca or St. Martin, the two cabinetry lines we represent, and integrate them with our own casework.

What’s included
Everything the Scope Covers
If it is built from panels and hardware, we can draw and make it. Recent commissions include all of the following.

01
Reception & service desks
Straight or curved desks with ADA-height counters, transaction tops and cable management built in.

02
Banquettes & window seats
Seating and storage benches scribed into bays, booths and alcoves, upholstery-ready.

03
Bars & servery units
Back-bar runs, coffee stations and servery units with stone or timber tops.

04
Under-stair storage
Pull-outs, drawers and doors that use every degree of the rake.

05
Feature & display walls
Panel-wrapped lobby, retail and media walls with lighting, ventilation and cable management built in.

06
Office & workroom fit-outs
Desks, filing and wall storage built to the room and wired for the way you work.
How it works
From Plans to Installed Units
Four stages, whatever the project size. Developers start from plans and specifications; homeowners start from a site measure. Either way, you approve a finish schedule before anything is cut.
Step 01
Plans or site measure
Send drawings, unit types and a finish schedule for review, or book a site measure and we draw the piece from scratch.
Step 02
Quote & finish schedule
A per-unit or per-package price with lead time, plus dimensioned drawings and a finish schedule. Nothing is cut until it is signed off.
Step 03
Manufacture
Panels are cut, edged, finished and dry-fitted in our Sanford workshop, batched by phase for volume projects, to the same tolerances every time.
Step 04
Delivery & install
Staged deliveries to match the build sequence. Our own team installs, levels and adjusts the hardware, and walks the site lead through before leaving.
Cabinetry lines
Our Cabinetry Lines and Material Partners
Our in-house cabinetry uses materials from Wilsonart and Plywood Express. We also represent Tribeca and St. Martin, each with its own door styles and finishes. Selections stay within their line, so nothing is specified as interchangeable when it is not.
Material partner for our in-house line: high-pressure and thermally fused laminates, decorative metals and solid surface, specified by code.
Material partner for in-house manufacturing: plywood panels, flexible veneers, fluted and super-matte panels, with matching edgebanding.
Represented line with four shaker door styles (Hudson, Soho, Southampton, Americana) in a coordinated set of seven finishes.
Represented line: Heritage framed inset, Vista full access and the Wardrobe system, with thirty-three finishes plus bespoke colour.
