FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Projects and quotes

How do I get a quote?

Send the inquiry form below or call the workshop. We visit the site, take exact measurements and come back with a fixed price covering drawings, manufacture and install – no allowances or rate cards.

Is there a minimum project size?

No. A single vanity or window seat gets the same drawing, finishing and install care as a whole-home package or a hotel floor.

What are your lead times?

Four to six weeks for wardrobes and storage, five to seven for bathrooms, six to eight for kitchens and six to nine for millwork, measured from signed drawings. One-off commissions and commercial programs are quoted with a committed date.

What area do you serve?

We are based in Sanford and work across Central Florida, including Orlando, Lake Mary, Winter Park and the surrounding counties. Larger projects farther afield are taken on by arrangement.

Can you build from our architect's or designer's drawings?

Yes, and we prefer it. We work from architectural detail daily, flag anything that will not survive manufacture and return shop drawings for approval before anything is cut.

Manufacturing and materials

What are the cabinets actually built from?

Cabinet boxes are 18mm birch plywood, or moisture-resistant ply in wet areas, with sealed edges throughout. Fronts are available in solid timber, veneer, laminate and 2-pack polyurethane.

Which door profiles and finishes can I choose from?

Four door profiles – Shaker, flat panel, inset and fully custom – across our standard finish range of painted and stained options. Every profile is shown on the Collections page.

Can you match a custom colour or an existing finish?

Yes. Custom colour matching is available on any profile at no extra lead time, and we can reproduce most door profiles from a sample or drawing.

What hardware do you use?

Blum Clip-top soft-close hinges and Blum Tandembox full-extension runners rated to 40kg per drawer, with commercial-grade options on request. Blum hardware carries the manufacturer's lifetime warranty.

Where is everything made?

In our own Sanford workshop. Panels are cut, edged, finished in a climate-controlled booth and dry-fitted before anything ships – nothing is subcontracted and nothing arrives flat-packed.

Delivery and install

Who does the installation?

Our own install team – the same company that measured and built the work. We level, adjust the hardware and walk you through before leaving.

How long does an install take?

Most single rooms are installed in one visit. Whole homes are staged by room, and commercial work is released by stage against the program.

Do you remove existing cabinetry and coordinate other trades?

Yes. We remove old cabinetry and coordinate directly with your builder, plumber and electrician. Benchtop templating is scheduled by us as part of the install sequence.

What warranty do you offer?

Our workmanship warranty covers the cabinetry and installation, and the Blum hardware we specify carries the manufacturer's lifetime warranty.

Can I get a sample before committing?

Yes. Sample doors in your chosen profile and finish are free within the service area – order one through the Collections page or the contact form.

Trade and commercial

Do you offer trade accounts?

Yes – for builders, developers, designers and showrooms, with volume pricing, staged delivery and one point of contact who knows your program. Apply through the Partnership page.

How do you handle multi-unit projects?

Apartment and townhouse packages are costed per unit type, manufactured in batches and released to your build program stage by stage.

Can you install outside trading hours?

Yes. Night and weekend installs are routine for retail and hospitality sites, and we carry the insurances and inductions commercial sites require.
