Overview
Casework That Survives the Public
Commercial joinery lives a harder life than anything in a house: thousands of cycles a month, cleaning chemicals, trolleys and luggage. We build to that reality — commercial-grade hardware, impact-resistant edging and finishes selected for cleanability, not just colour.
Programs are what we are structured around. Casework is batched by area, released by stage and installed out of hours where the site requires it, with one point of contact who knows your program and answers the phone.

How it works
From Plans to Installed Units
Four stages, whatever the project size. Developers start from plans and specifications; homeowners start from a site measure. Either way, you approve a finish schedule before anything is cut.
Step 01
Plans or site measure
Send drawings, unit types and a finish schedule for review, or book a site measure and we draw the piece from scratch.
Step 02
Quote & finish schedule
A per-unit or per-package price with lead time, plus dimensioned drawings and a finish schedule. Nothing is cut until it is signed off.
Step 03
Manufacture
Panels are cut, edged, finished and dry-fitted in our Sanford workshop, batched by phase for volume projects, to the same tolerances every time.
Step 04
Delivery & install
Staged deliveries to match the build sequence. Our own team installs, levels and adjusts the hardware, and walks the site lead through before leaving.
Materials & finishes
Materials to Your Specification, Not a Fixed Palette
There is no house collection to choose from. Commercial casework is built on the slab, European-style door in whatever the project specifies: the full current Wilsonart range for laminates and surfaces, Plywood Express panels and veneers for our in-house manufacturing, and anything else named in your finish schedule.

Your specification
Specifier-supplied materials
Paint-to-sample, or any material already nominated in your finish schedule, priced and built to the same tolerances.
Specify by manufacturer code, send physical samples, or nominate materials already in your schedule. We confirm availability and lead time with the quote, and you approve samples before anything is cut.
